Course overview

Is it time to strengthen the team spirit? If you’re tired of boring and outdated team-building activities, we have the solution for you!

In our training pool, you get to experience what it’s like to wear an immersion suit and try exciting group exercises in the water.

In our training hall, the weather isn’t always pleasant. Suddenly it may start to rain and the wind picks up, and the waves grow larger. As a team, you’ll actively work together to complete different tasks — a perfect way to build team spirit and cohesion.

Training activities:

  • Swim in an immersion suit
  • Rescue each other in the water
  • How to get into a liferaft
  • Right a capsized liferaft
  • Ride in a sling similar to the one used by rescue swimmers from a helicopter
  • Climb a pilot ladder
  • Jump from different heights
  • Relay race for the competitive ones
Our instructors will go through all the activities with your group upon arrival.

General information

  • There are always two instructors present, one of whom is in the pool.
  • All activities are performed according to individual ability, and we tailor everything to your group’s wishes.
  • The minimum group size for booking is 6 people.
  • The maximum number of people in the pool is 14.
  • We require that all participants have their own accident insurance.
  • All participants must be sober.
  • Total duration is approx. 3 hours, including shower and sauna.
  • Price: €900 incl. VAT for up to 10 people. For more than 10 people, an additional cost of €15 excl. VAT per person applies.
