E-learning means that your course is divided into two different components: a theoretical part completed in advance, and a practical part carried out on-site at our training facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s easy to log in to your e-learning course. When you book your course, you will receive a confirmation email. The email includes information about when the e-learning opens and detailed instructions on how to log in.

You will also receive a reminder email when you can start your training.
1. You will receive a confirmation email with information about the start date of the e-learning when you book your course.
2. You will also receive a reminder email when the course has opened.
A tip is to add our email address to your address book to prevent the message from ending up in your spam folder.
Each course consists of several different modules. After each module, there are practice questions. To answer these questions, you must log in with your online banking credentials.

If you don’t have online banking credentials, contact us.

Once you’ve read through the material and answered the practice questions, you will receive a green check mark that indicates you’ve passed and can move on to the next module.

Please note that the theory must be completed within the allotted time. You cannot proceed with the practical elements if the theory is not approved.
