Safe work environment and social responsibility

This course is conducted entirely as E-learning.

In this training you will learn the following:

• What laws and conventions exist to curb violence, abuse and different types of harassment in the workplace.
• How we can improve safe work environment and take social responsibility on board.
• How shipping works to increase gender equality
• What measures you are entitled to take if you have been subjected to any type of unfair treatment on board or otherwise in connection with your work.
